The location was great and the room felt more like an apartment, which I adored! Nicely equipped kitchenette, perfect for a quick meal. Just enough space to stretch out and breathe.

But honestly, I’ve seen cleaner broom closets. And who knew I needed a degree in 'Parking Spot Currency' to figure out where to leave my car!

The staff was nice and helpful, really made me feel welcome and at ease. The morning breakfast buffet was a standout, so many options, we were spoiled,, my kids loved the pancakes and bacon.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but considering the space and comfort, it was still pretty acceptable.

The overall cleanliness left something to be desired, with reports of uncleanliness at check-in including grime on kitchen utensils. The air conditioning unit delivered an obnoxious clank and rattle that disturbed the peace more than a few times. Further, the breakfast was lacking in options, providing an underwhelming start to the day with limited items available.

This was a reliable pick for a short layover in Richmond with very good value for money. The suite was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax after a long drive. Bring your own toiletries, as the dispensers were empty during our stay.

We had a really nice time here! The room was huge and perfect for our fam. Loved the patio space, even with the rain. Breakfast was simple but decent, just what we needed to start the day. One little thing, the cleaning staff communicated a bit awkwardly with us, but they were friendly. Would’ve liked a bit more variety at breakfast, though.
